How does Managed WiFi pricing work?

Managed WiFi is typically structured with a network construction component plus an ongoing per-unit managed services fee.
Two common approaches:

Owner-funded build: You pay network construction (CapEx). Monthly per-unit fees are typically lower.

Elauwit-financed build: We finance the build. Monthly per-unit fees account for financing.

In both cases: you own the network.

Can you work with properties under existing ISP or bulk contracts?
